NOVATECH on behalf of the owner Southbridge Healthcare GP Inc. has submitted an application to amend Zoning By-law 20/2010 and submitted a Site Plan application. The proposal is for a 192-suite seven storey long-term care facility located at the southside of Ward Street between Princess Street and Hope Street in Port Hope.

South side of Ward Street between Princess Street and Hope Street, Port Hope.

Municipal address is 65 Ward Street, and includes brick building addressed as 20 Hope Street South.
