Movies in the Park

Each summer, we host a variety of outdoor movies in Memorial Park as part if our Movies in the Park series. This is a great opportunity for community members of all ages to come together and relax under the stars with family, friends, and neighbours. The 2023 program will feature five movie nights. Together, with the support of our sponsors, we will transform Memorial Park into an outdoor movie theatre and present films for a wide audience.

In order to provide the best experience for the whole community, we want to hear from you! Children, youth, teens, adults and older adults are all invited to complete the community poll. All movies available are subject to licence availability. Please review the document under the 'important documents' tab for inspiration on movie selections and submit your picks to the community poll below.

    To help us select the movie titles, we want to hear from you. Please provide your film recommendations in the four categories.You can submit up to three titles in each category. Need a little inspiration? Check out movie list supplied by our inflatable screen provider.

    Please note: Movie recommendations must be targeted towards a family friendly audience, as selected titles will be shown outdoors in Memorial Park. Titles will be selected based on licence availability and may not reflect community recommendations.
